Good news for our local British Wildlife Centre! Plans are being considered to vary a condition on a planning permission for a dwelling at The Lodge. This could allow the property to be occupied by someone working locally as a rural worker, which is great for supporting our vital countryside roles right here in Lingfield.
Variation of Condition 3 (Occupation by persons employed by British Wildlife Centre) of planning permission ref: 2004/917 dated 22/07/2005 (Erection of detached 1 - bed dwelling, with attached carport) to allow for occupation by a person last working in the locality in as a rural worker.
